Our professional development trainings are designed for educators who work in daycares or K-12 schools. We teach educators how best to integrate ABA strategies, human development and mindfulness to bring out the best in students and in educators themselves. Our school consultation service gives hands on training and create plans to help with the management of problem behaviors, increase the use of mindfulness and decrease burnout for educators.

Monthly Professional Development Trainings

ABA Basics for School Educators

This training is designed for daycare staff, general education and special education teachers, aides, school counselors, and administrators. Gives an understanding of ABA and its strategies as well as how those strategies can be used effectively in school settings to promote inclusion.

Behavior-Driven Social Emotional Learning: Practical Tools for the Classroom

This training is designed for Educators (Pre-K–8), paraprofessionals, special education teachers, school counselors. Helps educators and staff understand SEL through a behavioral lens and teaching strategies and systems that support emotional regulation and social success.

Practical Strategies for Supporting Students with Autism and ADHD

This training is designed to equip educators and school staff with effective, evidence-based strategies to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in the classroom. Understand the characteristics of ASD and ADHD, identify common classroom challenges, learn specific, actionable strategies to support students and create an action plan for implementation.

Trauma-Informed Behavior Support: Understanding, Responding and Empowering

This training is designed for anyone who wants to understand trauma and its impact on behavior, what trauma-informed care is and learn strategies to support regulation and prevent re-traumatization by applying trauma-sensitive behavior support techniques in real scenarios.

School Consultations

For daycares, schools (K-12), school districts and education teams. Our school consultations includes classroom observations and behavioral consults for those students in need to promote inclusion practices for neurodiverse students. We include SEL & trauma-informed classroom integration, IEP meeting support & behavioral plan review and mindfulness & burnout prevention for educators.
