  • Stress-management routines

  • Replacement behaviors for maladaptive patterns

  • Self-monitoring and habit formation

  • Daily structure and consistency

Parent & Adult Behavioral Coaching

Behavioral coaching supports adults and caregivers in building practical strategies for daily functioning, balance, and well-being.

 

Coaching may address:

  • Parenting stress and caregiver burnout

  • Executive functioning and organization

  • Routines, boundaries, and consistency

  • Behaviorally informed goal setting

  • Mindfulness-based behavior supports

Behavioral coaching is not psychotherapy and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders.

Mindfulness-Based Behavior Support

Mindfulness strategies are used as skill-building tools to support adaptive behavior and self-regulation.

 

Examples include:

  • Mindful responding vs. reactive behavior

  • Grounding routines

  • Breath-based regulation strategies

  • Awareness and behavior tracking

Mindfulness is integrated as a behavioral strategy—not as clinical mental health treatment.

Consultation & Training for Schools and Organizations

Behavioral consultation and professional development for schools, early childhood programs, clinics, and community organizations.
